Having been on both sides (selling and buying a home), I know how important it is to have great pictures and lots of them. If you only have one picture or pictures that are dark and dreary how does that look to a potential buyer?
Slideshow:
The slideshow will show off any listing with bright and clear images. Buyers will love the variety of images as they browse through your listing.
Price: $25
The slideshow includes:

15 maximum digital images of your listing (indoor and outdoor)
Digital images will be placed on a CD. Images can also be emailed to you same day.
Q: How should I prepare for the shoot?
A: Try to stage the areas of the home to be photographed ahead of time by removing any items you do not wish to have in the picture. Some items you should consider moving are things that make the area appear cluttered (trash cans, toys, etc.). Please be on time or let me know if you are running late. If you are not able to make it to the appointment, please arrange for another representative from your office to be at the property in your place.
